In order to give people access to the BBC shows, we need to change each user's usergroup. This is happening behind the scenes and should not affect user experience. If however your site experience changes for any reason, please let us know.
Currently Julia and I have resolved all user technical issues except for one that really isn't a technical issue and we know how to help the user through it. I believe we have answered all outstanding site-related questions. If that is not the case, please let us know in the Scheduling and Support forum and we will get 'er done!
